Account & data deletion
Delete your account
This page explains how to permanently delete your CSKN ID account and the data linked to it. You can delete your account yourself inside the app, or send us a request by email.
Delete from the app
The fastest way is directly in the CSKN Apps mobile app:
- 1Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- 2Tap Account Settings.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Permanently delete account.
- 4Type the confirmation and confirm.
Request deletion by email
No longer have the app installed? Send a deletion request from the email address on your account and we will process it for you.

What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile and CSKN ID (name, email, username, photo)
- Your public page and its content
- Apps you added and the content inside them (posts, stories, links, and other user-generated content)
- Wallet connections and preferences
- Your subscription (no refund is issued for an active paid plan)
Timing & retention
A few things to know about the process:
- Deletion is irreversible.
- Your data is fully removed within 30 days of the request, including from backups.
- We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, records of a past transaction), only for as long as legally necessary.
